The Four Pillars of Prevention Participants are taught the "Big Four" lifestyle modifications that can prevent nearly 50% of all cancer cases: Tobacco & Alcohol: Explaining the direct link between carcinogens and DNA damage. The "Rainbow" Plate: Emphasizing a diet rich in antioxidants (fruits/vegetables) and low in ultra-processed meats.
